Through movement, nourishment, mindset, and aligned habits, we create a version of you that feels grounded, confident, and connected to herself again.

My Approach

You’re not just here to change how you look. You’re here to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

My coaching blends strength training, functional movement, personalized nutrition, emotional wellness, and (if you want it;)) grounded astrology. I care about your body, but I also care about your nervous system, your routines, your mindset, and the season of life you’re in.

Everything I create is individualized. In today’s world you can find millions of free advice on what to do, this isn’t that. My work is honest, aligned support tailored to you (with my knowledge & expertise of course:)).

I like to describe my coaching using this visual: In life we all have our own map. Some pieces of our map look exactly the same, some pieces are wildly different. You experience parts of your map differently than I do and other parts similarly. I come to help, not because I claim to know your map, but because I studied how to guide myself through it without so much anxiety, fear, loneliness, and guilt. Therefore, I won’t direct you through it completely because when your map grows & changes (because it always will), you’ll be right back where you started: confused, lost, and unsure. I’ll help you listen and learn to trust the inner compass we were all instilled with. I’ll guide you to know how to make decisions that feel good in your body and honors your path. I’ll offer comfort when you’re discouraged, advice when you’re lost, and help you learn how to trust yourself again.

You contain the answers to all your worries. My passion is to teach you how to listen and to walk with you through it. The path to your purpose can be a lonely one, so I’d love to walk with you.
